Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order ships.

 

Please note: because our products are fulfilled from an overseas partner facility, delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs processing or high order volume. We'll always email you tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at tigerzz1996@gmail.com.

 

International shipping

At this time we primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and delivery estimates.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we'll work with our shipping partner to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
